| Licensing Information |
This is a licensed program so we require that our graduates teach only our routines and with our philosophies in their prenatal/postnatal classes. We realize that this is great for some and does not interest others. Also, your subs would need to have trained with us to teach our material, you cannot train others using our material and routines. You can just tell your sub a list of things you commonly teach and what your women are not used to in class. Our program provides complete curriculum, student handouts and 17 class routines with take home sheets for the moms in the class. If you already teach prenatal yoga you need to strongly consider if you think our program is right for you as you will need to make changes in what you are teaching. Our prenatal program is for 2nd & 3rd trimester women. We also have postnatal training that can be taken after you complete the prenatal program and have taught it for 6 months. Our licensed teachers are assigned to geographic areas. We will ask you to agree not to compete with another Mamaste YogaⓇ class by offering classes at the same within your geographic zone. Please contact the school for information on your geographic zone. There is a $50 annual renewal fee. |
