You may begin taking classes when you are 12 weeks pregnant and may continue until you go into labor. You should be less than 32 weeks pregnant at your first prenatal yoga class. Postnatal classes are for babies ages 6 weeks to crawling.

What to Bring to Class
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in, most women wear t-shirts and shorts, sweats or leggings. Bring a bottle of water to drink during class. Download our Basic Guidelines for prenatal students. Check with your instructor to see if you need to bring a yoga mat or blankets to class.

Prenatal Yoga Classes
This class is an excellent fitness alternative for pregnancy, we focus on stretching and strengthening muscles, alleviating common pregnancy discomforts, and we teach proper breathing and relaxation techniques. Prenatal Yoga is open to healthy pregnant women in their 2nd & 3rd trimesters, physician's consent is required. Download health care provider consent form. Beginners Welcome.
Postnatal: Mommy & Me Classes Meet the babies of your prenatal class mates by returning for our postnatal yoga classes. This class is designed to balance and restore the physical needs of new mother and baby. Mother must have been cleared for exercise by her doctor. Moms should have previous prenatal yoga experience.(This class if not for beginners.)
