Location: You provide a location (free of charge) for the training, location should accommodate at least 12 people doing yoga (minimum 750 sq feet recommended or 60 sq ft per participant). There should be ample wall space for exercises at the wall. The location needs to have yoga mats, straps, blocks, blankets, bolsters and folding chairs available for each student's use, if props are not available you might want to request that participants bring their props with them.
Participants: There is a minimum of 10 program participants. With 10 paid participants you get 1 complimentary training ($600 value). This free space can be used by studio owners or studio teachers. The participant maximum is 25. Participants are required to be Registered Yoga Teachers or they must go through an audition process. Participants must have successfully completed MamasteYoga™ Module 2 prior to the course date. We do charge an extension fee of $100 for participants who do not complete this module by their planned module 3 training. These participants do have the option to upgrade to the full home-study course. Participants should be sincerely interested in pursuing licensing through our program.
Advertising: We will advertise the course on our web site. Students will pay us directly for the course/program.
Course Fees: $600 per participant. Participants will also receive a DVD of a prenatal yoga class taught by Karen as part of the Module 3 materials. Required reading books (5 total) and yoga video must be purchased separately. Participants may also purchase our 4 volume DVD set for an additional $125.
Financials: You receive 1 free training if 10 participants register for the course. You also receive $25 per participant for the first 10 paid registrations and $50 per participant for paid registrations 11 - 24. These fees are paid on first day of training.
Host: You will be responsible for set up and clean up of the training room as well as check-in of participants.
Registration: All applicants are required to complete our application process and certification agreement prior to receiving Module 1 & 2 materials.
Module 2: This modules requires two conference calls that should be done within one week before the training date. To participate in the conference calls participants must complete a pre-call assignments.
Modules 1 & 4: Module 1 materials are delivered as part of the initial registration but is not required to be completed until 2 months after the training. Module 4 materials are received after all homework has been handed in for Modules 1 - 3.

| Required Pre-Workshop Conference Calls: There are 3 pre-workshop calls that must be completed. We offer the Introductory Call once a month, it may be done as soon as application is approved. This call lasts approximately 90 minutes. The Module 2 Calls should be offered within one week before the workshop. |

Required Hours: The workshop meets for a total of 11 contact hours with breaks. Participants should arrive at least 20 minutes early to assure the program starts on time. Sample schedule is Friday 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM, Saturday 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM. |

| Lunch Break: The lunch break on Saturday should be at least 2 hours in length. Participants should be encouraged to bring their own food unless there are suitable places to eat near by. We encourage participants to leave the location during the lunch break because they will need this break due to the intensive nature of the course and the amount of information presented in each segment. |

| Fruit Table: We recommend providing a refreshment table with water, fruit and nuts for participants to snack on through out the day. |
