Prenatal Yoga classes are open to healthy women in their 2nd & 3rd trimesters, postnatal mommy-and-me classes are for moms with babies 6 weeks and older.
All licensed instructors have been personally trained by Karen Prior. Teachers undergo an in depth anatomy and physiology study and are well versed in adapting the yoga practice for pregnancy. Teachers must demonstrate proficiency in our techniques and philosophies and undergo annual re-certification and licensing. |
